Gear motor with overload detection

Torque detection type, compatible with 0.1kW to 0.75kW.

○ When the motor is overloaded, the set torque is detected, and the micro switch operates. By controlling the motor to stop at this signal contact (circuit interruption), it is possible to protect the motor. ○ Unlike current detection type, this method detects motor shaft thrust operation, so there is no malfunction due to voltage fluctuations. ○ Unlike current detection type, it is possible to drive with an inverter. ○ Unlike current detection type, it is compatible with motors of different voltages.

Gear motor with overload detection

Current detection type compatible with 0.1kW to 0.4kW.

- It detects overcurrent during motor overload and stops the motor. Additionally, there are relay contacts for signaling (a contact/b contact), so it is also possible to protect the motor by controlling (circuit interruption) to stop the motor using these signal contacts. - Unlike breakers or thermal devices, it can cut off the motor power based on a user-defined current value, allowing for instant protection of the reduction gear and mechanical equipment. - Various settings for detection current, load timer, and start cancel timer are possible (factory default settings). - Detection current: The set current value for motor overload protection. - Load timer: The time from exceeding the detection current to cutting off the motor power. - Start cancel timer: The time to ignore the inrush current when starting the motor. *Note: It cannot be driven by an inverter. If driven by an inverter, high-frequency voltage will be applied from the inverter output to the current relay board, causing damage to the control power supply section of the board.
